Sales Manager Electrical Engineering (m/f/d)

Sales territory: Austria, Germany, and Switzerland
Work location: Bregenz district or home office

Your Responsibilities:

  • Active management and expansion of existing customer relationships in the areas of electrical wholesale, power grid operators (utilities), and industry/OEMs

  • Acquisition of new customers and market development in Austria and Eastern Europe

  • Analysis of market and customer potential, as well as participation in the further development of the sales strategy by industry verticals

  • Preparation of quotations and contract negotiations in close coordination with management

  • Use and further development of digital tools (CRM, BI, reporting) to track and manage sales activities

  • Participation in trade fairs, tenders, and sales projects

Your Profile:

  • Completed education in electrical engineering (university degree, university of applied sciences, technical college/HTL, master craftsman, or comparable qualification)

  • Several years of experience in technical sales, ideally within electrical wholesale or power grid operators; existing contacts in the electrical industry are an advantage

  • Strong technical understanding and enthusiasm for consultative sales

  • Excellent self-management skills, high personal motivation, and a goal-oriented, structured working style

  • Ability to work in a team and willingness to collaborate closely with engineering and management

  • Willingness to travel within Austria and Eastern Europe, as well as very good English skills
